Kul Man Ghising often named as Bijuli Man is the present Managing Director of Nepal Electricity Authority(NEA).He came to power in the year 2016 as director of NEA,serving last days of his 4 year tenure.The matter revolves around that who should be appointed as director in coming days? The mass is raising voice for their hero Mr.Kul man as `feri Kul man feri ujyalo´.

Nepal was suffering the problem of load shedding(power cut) before 2016.There used to 12-18 hours of load shedding in a day.Moreover, the laughable and embrassing thing was that, government published the load shedding schedule for general public.This was growing as serious problem all over Nepal.This situation and problem often became the issue/ coverage in international media.The level of disappointment was so high public.Darkness ruled over many years in Nepal .The entire economy was pestered by the problem of load shedding .After the year 2016, Mr. Ghising was appointed as director of NEA in Prachanda´s period.Then, what happened next was interesting and incredible .He eliminated the power cut phase to phase all over Nepal during the period of 1 year.He gain praise and popularity among puplic.

Before he came to power as M.D of NEA, NEA was suffering loss of 8.9 billion in the year 2015-16.Kul man who best known for eliminating the load shedding issue all over Nepal makes the profit of 1.5 billion in the year 2016-17 .The graph below well describes the profit/ loss span over years

The Bijuli Man has done incredible work in his period, managing the demand and supply of electricity , along with building the infrastructure of transmission lines, controlling the losses of electricity like losses due to resistance, atmospheric conditions, theft, miscalculations and losses incurred between sources of supply to load centre.

Moreover, to eliminate the problem of power cut he imported the power from india

According to reports: Nepal imported 2.58 billion units of electricity from india during 2017/18 , when the total consumption was 5.56 billion units.But in 2018/19 , when the total demand soared to 6.38 billion.

Kathmandu to go underground electric cables

During his period, he programmed to underground the electric cables in Kathmandu valley in his first juncture and to continue all over Nepal phase to phase.The nodus of managing hapazard hanging wires come to solution in some period of time in kathmandu valley .If this goes, it would add beauty to the valley and joy to townspeople.

The man who gave Nepalese light and reason to cheer, serving his last days of his tenure.Everyone is with him, keeping hands together and pressurizing the oli government to extend his tenure.Kulman Ghising is the Unsung National hero of Nepal, impressed everyone by his incredible work.Really, he is the man whom we need .He proved us by his work,capability , discipline and vision.Charismatic Kul Man !!!
